Associated Eye Care

Dear Patients,

I’d like to take a moment to thank you personally. After nearly 29 years in practice at Associated Eye Care, I will be retiring in the spring of 2026.

One of the most wonderful parts of practice has been getting to know you and your family. For some, our time together has been short; for others, I’ve had the privilege of knowing you throughout my entire career. Regardless, please know it has been a true honor to serve as your doctor and surgeon.

After retirement, I will be spending time with grandchildren, traveling, playing pickleball with my husband and working on some home projects.

My last day of practice will be March 31, 2026.

If you have an appointment scheduled after March 31, I’ve personally reviewed your chart and selected a doctor I believe will be a great fit for your ongoing care. Our Contact Center will be in touch soon to share that information and help make the transition as smooth as possible. If you were asked to see me after March 31st and have not yet scheduled an appointment, our team will direct you to one of my colleagues.

If you are already scheduled or need an appointment prior to April 1, 2026, we will discuss your ongoing care in person, and I’ll recommend one of my colleagues to continue seeing you in the future.

Warmly,

Susan Schloff, MD
