Our Woodbury facility is home to both adult and pediatric eye care. It is conveniently located on the ground floor of the City Place Medical Building, which is located at the NE corner of City Place Blvd & City Place Loop, just 1/4 mile south of I-94 on Radio Drive.

Please note that Associated Eye Care’s Call Center is open between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
