COVID-19 Update

Associated Eye Care has instituted the following procedures to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality eye care to our patients while keeping them safe.

Screening – Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. There will be a screener at the door to welcome you, take your temperature, and ask you a few screening questions prior to entering the clinic.

Limiting Visitors – Each patient should plan to enter the clinic alone, drivers should be advised to wait in the car during the appointment.  If the patient is a child or an adult who is in need of an attendant, they may enter with ONE parent or assistant.  Siblings will not be allowed to enter clinic unless they have an appointment at the same time.  Everyone entering clinic will be prescreened.

Masking – Our entire patient care team will be wearing masks for your safety. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19,  patients (over the age of 2 yrs.) should bring and wear a protective mask or face covering to their upcoming appointment. Both the nose and mouth must be covered for the time you are in the clinic. For more information click here.

Environment – Surfaces and equipment are disinfected between patients, and our waiting rooms have been arranged to accommodate appropriate social distancing standards.

Telehealth – The doctors of Associated Eye Care are committed to providing the care you need while keeping our patients, staff, and communities safe. We now offer convenient telehealth appointments that bring you and your provider together, using your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Your visit will be billed directly to your insurance company.
