Associated Eye Care has instituted the following procedures to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality eye care to our patients while keeping them safe.
Masking – Due to CDC & DHS State Guidelines, Associated Eye Care is still requiring patients and family members to wear masks while in our offices. Our entire patient care team will be wearing masks for your safety. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, patients (over the age of 2 yrs.) in both our Wisconsin and Minnesota clinic locations, should bring and wear a protective mask or face covering to their upcoming appointment. Both the nose and mouth must be covered for the time you are in the clinic.
Screening – Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 25 minutes early, please wait in your car. We will perform a quick screening at check in and ask you some health-related questions.
Limiting Visitors – Each patient should plan to enter the clinic alone, drivers should be advised to wait in the car during the appointment. If the patient is a child or an adult who is in need of an attendant, they may enter with ONE parent or assistant. Siblings will not be allowed to enter clinic unless they have an appointment at the same time. Everyone entering clinic will be prescreened.
Environment –Surfaces and equipment are disinfected as per CDC guidelines, and our waiting rooms have been arranged to accommodate appropriate social distancing standards.
Telehealth – The doctors of Associated Eye Care are committed to providing the care you need while keeping our patients, staff, and communities safe. We now offer convenient telehealth appointments that bring you and your provider together, using your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Your visit will be billed directly to your insurance company. Please call us at 651-275-3000 to schedule your next appointment.
